Zira Jewels will accept returns for items purchased on the Zira Jewels online
store that are received back within 7 days from delivery date for a refund or
Returns received by Zira Jewels after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Please make sure to save all packing material from the order.
All Returns Must Meet the Following Criteria
All items must be returned in as-sold condition, unworn, in original packaging and cannot be accepted if any tags on the piece of jewellery have been removed.
If you wish to return an item, you must inform us of your intention to return the item within seven days and ship the item back to us within 7 days of delivery. To register your intention to return the item, please call or e-mail us.
Return Shipping Costs:
You are responsible for arranging the secure shipment of the item back to us, and bearing the cost of return shipping. Please ensure the returned item is adequately and securely packaged and insure your shipment. We cannot issue a refund unless the item is received by us in satisfactory condition at our returns center. However, once your return is received and checked, you will be fully refunded your original purchase price.
Request A Return:
We recommended that you ship your return using a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package is returned to us. We are not responsible for any returned packages that are lost in transit. We encourage you to use the most economical shipping method for your return.
